OUR EXPERIENCE

Everett Wells founded Wells Real Estate of N.C., LLC to put his experience as a commercial banker and real estate broker to work as your representative. During his career he has worked closely with retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, service companies, medical practices, non-profits, developers and individual investors on all their business planning including commercial real estate.
